What the IRB is looking for

Prepare an application the BRTI Institutional Review Board can review: consent a participant can follow, risks in plain language, and documents that match.

How to take it

On this site, one module at a time

1. Read a module, then watch the next

Modules alternate. An odd module is a reading. An even module is a short video, with the same points written out underneath. A free account is required.

2. Take the timed test

Each module ends with five graded questions. The clock is kept by BRTI. Submit before the time runs out, or that attempt is not scored.

3. Reach an average of 80%

The certificate is issued when all 5 tests have a score and the average is 80% or above. A retake keeps the better score. The certificate includes a QR code anyone can check.

Modules

About 45 minutes of reading, plus a timed test on each module. The certificate waits until the average of your best scores is 80% or above.
